Looks typical. I have three Chrome windows running and my RAM is only 27% in the task manager.

I'm at 45% using Chrome with two tabs (Facebook, YouTube) and Discord. I also tested another option, but nothing improved.

It is normal. Don't try fixes. 16gb ram is plenty. More idle RAM is useless.
