System is experiencing crashes during gameplay.
Hello everyone, I'm facing an issue and not sure what's going on. My PC crashes after about two hours of playing CSGO. The GPU gets very hot—currently at 103.6°C, but the max temperature listed for my hardware is 81°C. When I stress the GPU in 3DMark, it runs normally without any crashes. The CPU stays around 80°C max. Also, the power draw is consistently 515W across all components, while my PSU is rated for 550W. I have a spec sheet showing an I9 processor similar to the 11800H with a MicroATX motherboard from Erying, and a GTX 2070 Mini with an iX CUX 550. Hope someone can help me figure this out.
The Corsair CX550 works fine, but drawing 515 watts from a 550-watt unit suggests you're exceeding its capacity.
CSGO is typically installed on a computer's operating system. If it doesn’t run smoothly from an external drive, consider transferring it to your main storage for better performance.
