I just assembled my PC and everything is running smoothly except for the display. I realized I needed to update the BIOS, which I did, but it didn’t make a difference. Also, the USB ports work when I connect my phone, but the RGB mouse and keyboard don’t light up at all.
Inspect every cable and link. It seems you might be missing a front panel header connector on one pin. I need to know why you're using a 5600G with a dedicated GPU—Ryzen Gs often lag behind non-G or X models. Should the display connect to the card or the board? Asus' compatibility details for this board/CPU exclude your CMW16GX4M2D3600C18W RAM SKU. Ryzens and compatible boards often joke about RAM, but I haven't seen any no-video posts like this with my 5900X since it didn't handle the RAM I used. It freezes in sleep mode, shows no video, and occasionally crashes randomly.
Not being included in the compatibility list doesn't ensure it won't work, nor does it confirm it will. You might need to find a RAM kit marked as compatible. It's ideal if you can obtain one listed as compatible to test whether the issue resolves.
