Hey, the situation sounds tricky. The friend's PC worked normally yesterday but now after the cleaner left, every time he tries to power it on, the RGB lights flicker and there are clicking noises, and it won’t upload anything. Someone can help identify what’s going on with this issue. I’ve included a video for reference.

Turn it off. Something is GIGA shorting. Take apart and check for liquid damage. Then test it on the desk OUTSIDE of the case. Also check the cables. Also what are the full specs?
