I acquired this PC in March and have encountered persistent difficulties since then. Despite my efforts to resolve the issues using limited technical understanding, I have been unsuccessful. The system frequently crashes during gameplay, though specific titles—CS:GO, Valorant, and Overwatch—remain stable. Conversely, Modern Warfare, Fortnite, Division 2, and recently Escape from Tarkov consistently produce errors, ranging from error codes to blue screen failures and complete shutdowns. A recent incident involved a black screen followed by audio loss and subsequent system collapse during a flight sequence. Frame rate is not the cause of these problems; temperatures are normal, and video does not stutter. I have thoroughly investigated potential solutions, including scanning game files, reinstalling drivers, and troubleshooting software conflicts, without success. Given that the components are less than four months old and experience significantly more crashes than my acquaintances, I suspect a hardware malfunction or require a complete system rebuild. Any insights would be greatly appreciated.

Could you specify the temperature of your processor? Also, what type of cooling system do you employ for it?
