There seems to be an issue with PowerShell launching unexpectedly, disappearing briefly and occupying a window. It also requires a mouse click to mark the app if you're aware of what I mean. During this time, fans spin up faster for about 10-15 seconds, and PowerShell consumes significant CPU in Task Manager—though not at full capacity when the PC is idle or browsing. After reinstalling Windows 11, formatting the SSD, and removing NZXT Cam, the problem persists. I also excluded viruses and similar software. PC specs: Ryzen 9 5900x, Gigabyte 3070 Vision B550, Vision D-P 4x8GB, GB RAM, 1x M.2 drive, 2x 4TB HDDs. Any suggestions? How can I identify the cause? Thanks! P.S. Sorry, my English isn’t perfect.

You've seen a script running on something you've installed. The same happens with the AMD Chipset drivers—AMDUpdater.exe might launch, open a terminal, and then shut down. Increased fan speed is just how your fan curve behaves.
