I purchased a dell optiplex 5060 small form factor and planned to install a 16gb 2666mhz drr4 patriot viper elite 2 a 2tb solid state patriot p210 along with a msi ventus gtx 1630 4gb. I also intended to order a 240 watt psu to provide slightly more power than the 200 watt unit would supply.
Probably not. Have you verified the GPU size in relation to the SFF case? Also, did you inspect the spacing between the PCI-e slot and the power supply beneath it? An SSD might fit if there is a 2.5" slot and/or an M.2 connector available. I’m not very familiar with these newer models. The memory could function, and SFF might refer to laptop-style memory—double-check what you have and what you need. You’d likely need a custom power supply with proprietary connectors for this setup. What motivates your decision to update the machine this way? Are you planning it for gaming or for more office work?
