System hangs and repeats restart cycle.
Earlier this year my rigs experienced some issues. Once they stopped working, adjusting the RAM sticks usually resolved it, but tweaking the CPU led wouldn't help. Recently it failed completely—just powered on briefly, then looped endlessly with the CPU light blinking repeatedly. I removed the MOBO and tested with a single stick and one fan. The results matched what I'd seen before. After two days of testing without any RAM, it booted normally into BIOS, showing normal temperatures and performance. That day everything worked perfectly.
The next morning it repeated the same problem after shutdown. I followed troubleshooting steps, changed power supplies, swapped RAM modules, and even reset the CMOS. Still, it would restart in a loop without turning on properly. The following day it happened again after being off for a night. I tried everything else, but nothing changed.
Today it keeps the same behavior. I've changed batteries, tested different PSUs, swapped RAMs, and even bought new parts from Gigabyte. But since the item was purchased on Amazon and shipped to Puerto Rico, warranty coverage seems uncertain. My specs are: Intel i7-6700K, Gigabyte Z270X, Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB, EVGA GTX1070, SC BE, CX600M, H60i.
I'm seeking advice and hoping someone can help.
