Hello, new user, veteran gamer. My machine has stopped working unexpectedly for a while—about two years now. It freezes completely, leaving no response from the mouse, keyboard, sound, or screen. Here’s a screenshot of my event log (Swedish). The first time it happened, I assumed it was power-related, so I replaced the PSU but it didn’t help. Recently, after a failed Windows update, I reinstalled Windows and did a driver reset, yet the issue persists. I also swapped out my graphics card and ran a fresh driver install. Still nothing. I’ve updated all possible drives and run a memory diagnostic. The tricky part is that these freezes happen at random times while doing everyday tasks. They can last weeks without a problem, but last night it froze in just ten minutes. I’ve reached out to Microsoft support forums for advice, but no one has responded. Thanks for the help.
