Essentially the computer works okay for a short time, but after launching games like CSGO or staying in a web browser for a while, your frames drop every two seconds. I've watched some YouTube tutorials about this issue, but they didn't fix it. Need assistance with the processor AMD Ryzen 7 3800X, 8-core, 4.20 GHz, 32 GB RAM, Corsair RM650 GPU, Evga RTX 2080, and Windows 64-bit.
