Hi, your issue sounds like it might be related to audio storage or RAM. The freezing and incomplete sound could indicate a problem with how audio data is handled during crashes. Your system specs suggest a decent setup, but the symptoms point toward possible RAM instability or corruption. You might want to check for missing or damaged RAM modules, run a memory test, or consider replacing them if needed. Let me know if you'd like guidance on testing or repairing. Thanks!

I haven't taken any troubleshooting steps yet. Could you let me know what you've tried so far?

Very few issues, 3DMark Time Spy ran smoothly with no frame drops. Temperatures stayed below 80 on the GPU, CPU hovered around 79. First test achieved 80-100fps, second 55-63-97 fpss, third 24-40fpss—no crashes or freezes. Scores were 12111 and Crystaldisk; I didn’t understand anything in German but mentioned my M.2 was 42% good. The HDD didn’t comment, and another normal SSD scored 96%.

Which drive is powering the game? The 42% health level seems low, but I’m not sure yet. Next time, check the task manager or look for any resource limits. What titles are you attempting to play? Have you adjusted the settings to lower them?
