I've faced stability problems on my PC for several months. FPS would jump from 60 to 10 repeatedly in BO6 and fortnight. After using the auto tuning in the ASUS AI suite, my system won't boot. Clearing CMOS and flashing BIOS didn't help; the PC powers up but the GPU fans spin with LED lights. I initially thought it was a Windows 11 issue causing random reboots without BSOD. Recently, I disabled C state in BIOS, which resolved the problem. I also tried moving the GPU to the second slot and removing the SSD, then putting it back in slot 1.

Will the system enter safe mode?
This: "I've tried clearing cmos and bios flash back".
How was this done? Did you adhere to the steps outlined in the motherboard's User Guide/Manual?
How old is that PSU? It has been used heavily for gaming or video editing.

I changed the CPU to a 4600 with six cores that my brother had, and the system started up in Windows. Probably the CPU was damaged. PSA doesn't rely on AI overclockers, right?
