I adjust the tension slightly but don’t tighten it too much. The radiator is set higher than usual for intake, which helps. I’m using the radiator up as intake—dust is fine since temps are lower. I’m also applying the linus method with a slight adjustment.

It looks like you're checking if the reading matches expectations. Try running HWINFO64 to find the maximum temperature per CPU core.
