System frozen in motherboard settings post-power-on
I was frequently using my computer and noticed it wasn't connected to the internet. After confirming the Ethernet cable was properly plugged in and functioning, I still couldn't access the internet. I restarted the PC and it became stuck in the motherboard menu screen, which appears after booting and just before the Windows logo. I attempted to enter BIOS and the boot menu, but it didn't respond. Even without the CMOS battery, the issue persisted. Are there any possible solutions?
