Good afternoon! Here’s a revised version of your message:

Hello everyone! I’m sharing some PC parts and software details. CPU: AMD 7900X, GPU: EVGA 3080 FTW3, MOBO: Asus x670e-e AIO, Corsair Link Titan 360 RX RAM, Corsair Dominator Platinum 32GB, PSU: Corsair hx1200i, SSD: Inland Premium 4TB NVME, OS: Windows 11 Pro 24H2 64bit, BIOS: Version 2604.

Over the past two to three weeks, my computer has been restarting or shutting down roughly every 20-30 minutes after startup. I’ve tried several fixes: cleaned out dust, reconnected all power cables, reinstalled Windows, reset RAM, replaced the power supply, re-applied thermal paste, swapped the PSU, and even had it diagnosed by a micro center. They couldn’t replicate the problem and mentioned my AIO cooler fluid wasn’t circulating properly, so I replaced it myself. After that, my PC stayed on for about an hour before shutting down again. The Event Viewer logs consistently show this error message after shutdowns.

It seems like the system might be rebooting unexpectedly or losing power without a clean exit. I’m considering rebuilding my PC now and would appreciate any advice or insights you can offer. Please let me know if you have more details to share. I’ve tried to include everything as outlined in the pinned post.

I need to know your temperatures during high and low usage. This would help confirm if overheating is occurring, which seems likely given the situation. If it isn’t overheating, a power supply problem becomes more probable. Since you’ve swapped out the power supply, that usually eliminates that unless the board itself or another external part is faulty (this appears more likely if the issue wasn’t reproduced). External components are probably the culprit. Are there any other peripherals connected to the system besides your mouse and keyboard while it’s at home? For example, an external HDD, extra controllers, a USB headset, etc. Do you have a surge protector in place? I recommend testing the setup with just the bare minimum—move it elsewhere, connect directly to a wall outlet without any extension or surge protector, then use only a single monitor and your mouse and keyboard. Run the computer normally. If the problem disappears, check if another device connected to the system or the surge protector is causing the issue.

Case details: unspecified, age unknown. Occurs when power and reset switch are disconnected.

Temperatures stay between 50-60°C when idle. Near 75°C under load; peaked at 80 in Cyberpunk 2077. Red Dead Redemption 2 was roughly 75-77°C. I swapped out my surge protector just to be safe, but the problem persisted. I’ll relocate my PC and test it again. Corsair 5000D model, about two years old. I haven’t disconnected the power switch yet. My MOBO has a start button, so I can attempt that too.

It remains powered off because the power switch is unplugged. I'm considering @SpookyCitrus' idea of relocating the PC to another room. It's been running for about 2-3 hours. I plan to leave it on overnight to check if it stays active. If it does, I'll purchase a UPS for my room.

Ensure Windows is on high performance power mode with sleep and hibernate turned off. Play a lengthy 4K YouTube clip that lasts through the night or set it to repeat continuously. Consider using it as a long-duration stress test. If it operates smoothly overnight, the problem likely lies with your room outlet or overall system circuitry.

Thanks for the idea. The PC is still working. I adjusted the performance settings and played a 4K loop. Earlier, I connected it to another outlet in the room and it shut off, suggesting an issue with the circuit. It seems there’s no simple solution, so a UPS would be necessary, especially if the PC needs to stay on overnight.
