System frequently freezing and rebooting.
Hello everyone, I’m experiencing a frustrating issue with my computer. Whenever I play graphically demanding games involving both the CPU and GPU, they consistently start with stutters followed by freezes and occasional crashes. After approximately four seconds on-screen, a sleep mode notification appears. Moving the mouse or pressing F2 to enter the BIOS did not resolve the problem, nor did restarting or powering off the system through the buttons. I’m forced to use the power button on the power supply unit to completely shut it down. The only way to prevent a complete crash is to restart during the freezing period while the image is still displayed. I urgently require assistance with this problem.
My PC specifications are as follows:
AMD Radeon HD6450 (not overclocked)
A4 3300 2.5GHz (not overclocked)
4 GB DDR3 at 665 MHz
A55F-M3 motherboard
500 GB HDD
230 watt power supply unit
W1946 60 Hertz monitor
It’s possible your power supply unit is the issue – a 230W model with poor efficiency. Your graphics card might not be able to consume enough power to reach its maximum performance levels. Additionally, you should check the game’s minimum system requirements to ensure your computer setup can handle it and prevent crashes.
