It's interesting how things behave with AMD since it's tied to Intel. I'm curious if the BIOS reset happened after installing my new CPU in January or February, or if enabling TPM 2.0 a few months ago turned it off. I disabled TPM last night while checking the BIOS, thinking it wasn't necessary since I recently switched to Windows 11 (though I might revert to Windows 10 later). I plan to use a PSU tester this week from a coworker because my power supply might be faulty, even though I believe a Seasonic 650W unit should suffice. Thanks for your support.
Check performance at 3200MHz using BoCA or AMD's feature. See how stable it runs at full power with the 1600W rating.
Interestingly, the label remains XMP. Regarding your power supply, the size you selected seems reasonable for your components. The 650W unit should work well in your setup, and opting for a larger one adds little risk.
Sure thing! The two GPUs should handle it. I have six fans and three on the H150i, but I’m just trying to resolve this issue. I don’t want to mess with my PC right now. It’s fine—I’ll probably return to playing Win 10 since it’s easier to find all the settings in that version.
Did you attempt to click the Windows icon with the right-click method?
Yeah, I'm referring to the sub-settings. For example, Power didn't let me adjust the performance plan (though I did once). It looks like some features were hidden and harder to locate. I appreciate how simple a few things are, but others feel tricky to find.
Show current power options in the help menu. I haven’t used Windows 11 yet.
Sure, I understand the power and sleep features but the extra options aren't visible. You're not missing much with Windows 11. It's great, though it seems like some stuff is being hidden (unlike XP was so straightforward). I'll keep an eye on it once the issue gets resolved!
The simplest operating system I've used is Amiga Workbench 3.0
