Hey there! I’m trying to figure out what’s going on with my PC. I set it up back in October 2022 without a dedicated GPU, just using the integrated one. It worked well for a while, but after about six to seven weeks I started experiencing strange problems—random crashes, black screens, and frequent restarts. At first I thought it might be a Windows issue, so I reinstalled it, but the problem persisted.

I dug into the reliability logs and found some COM APP update errors, but otherwise everything seemed normal. There was no overheating, memory issues, or stress tests caused crashes. Eventually, my NVMe drive failed, so I switched to a regular SSD and ran Windows 11 Pro (also pirated). That helped for a while, but then again the issue returned.

I tried turning off certain features like E-Cores and XMP, adjusting RAM speeds, updating BIOS and drivers, but nothing fixed it. After some time, my SSD stopped working, so I went with a normal SSD and Windows 11. It seemed like the problem was tied to my iGPU at first, but once I got a RX 580, it disappeared. Still, I faced errors in Windows reliability and random freezes.

Sometimes the system would freeze completely, show black screens, or shut down during power outages. I’d try to restart it after a while, but it would freeze again at least once—sometimes during games or browsing. I even waited for it to disappear, but whenever it did, it would come back with black screens and crashes.

I’ve tested everything from stress tests to changing RAM, drivers, and even the OS version, but nothing resolved it. Now I’m stuck trying to understand what’s causing this recurring issue. It’s really frustrating, and I’m worried about damaging my hardware further. I keep restarting it, hoping it’ll be fixed.
