Your PC occasionally shuts down abruptly, especially when streaming videos online. I've tried various solutions but haven't found a fix. The display remains on, yet the mouse stops responding completely. I've had to restart it to regain functionality.

Access the event viewer, navigate to windows logs and system. Apply filters for error and critical only. Remove non-essential details. Share the updated screen if needed.

It seems like all power interruptions occurred. This likely means my UPS or the PC's internal power source is the issue.
