Hello, I recently assembled a brand new PC from the ground up. The only parts I retained from my previous setup were a single SATA drive and one M.2 drive. The configuration includes: GPU – MSI GeForce RTX 3060 Ti Ventus 8G OCV1 LHR, CPU – Ryzen 9 5900X, motherboard – Asus TUF gaming, power supply – Asus ROG Strix 850W, CPU cooler – ASUS TUF gaming, case – LC 240 ARGB, RAM – Kingston Fury Beast RGB DDR4 3200MHz 32GB. A few weeks ago, after about a month, my PC would unexpectedly shut down after 20 to 30 minutes of usage. I returned the power supply, CPU, and motherboard for inspection; they identified an issue with the motherboard and provided a replacement. The PSU and CPU passed testing. Now I experience screen freezes, turning nearly black with a distorted red overlay of the last displayed content, followed by an automatic restart (Windows handles this). The error message “Wea_uncorrectible_error” appears frequently. I’ve updated all drivers, tested with the old graphics card, and even updated BIOS, toggling DOCP settings. It seems to occur only during gaming, not under stress or benchmarking. I’ve tried using one RAM stick at a time and the problem persists. I attached photos showing the state before and during crashes. I apologize for the low resolution, but I had to capture my screen with my phone due to the unpredictable nature of these crashes.

It's crashing on a game, likely due to memory issues. Most of the crashes seem linked to memory problems. Do you have any overclocked hardware?

It's failing on Dying Light 2, Counter Strike: Global Offensive and Hogwarts Legacy. These are the only titles I've tried, and all ended with a crash. I haven't pushed any settings beyond normal, I've reset my BIOS back to defaults and turned off D.O.C.P.

Are you sure no one else has a GPU? A faulty GPU could be the issue if all other components are fine and your PSU can manage the load. EDIT: After checking online I discovered this information.

I've reviewed a lot about WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR and checked everything I could find. I was hoping someone had a solution I might not have seen. My 1060 6GB gaming PC stayed affected after installation.

Do you think that? I've tested two D.O.C.P profiles and none of them worked. The options are 3000MHz and 3200MHz, but my processor only supports up to 3200MHz.

It might be a faulty RAM chip or another defective board, which I strongly doubt. Have you refreshed the motherboard BIOS? And have you tested each RAM stick separately in its respective slot?

Bios is current, I've checked each stick separately. I planned to use my previous sticks until I encountered this issue. Tech support initially believed it was a RAM problem, so they replaced the RAM with new units. It has worked consistently across two different sets of RAM. My old RAM still functions perfectly in my older system (not tested on the new PC).

Disconnect the power source, take out the CMOS battery and let it rest for a few minutes, then reinstall it and power up again. Your system might be experiencing issues with the BIOS managing CPU timing or memory speed. It’s unlikely you’ve encountered two defective boards, particularly from ASUS; a BIOS problem seems more probable.
