Gigabyte Aorus 15 2024 | i7 13700H | 4070 8gb | 32gb | Windows 11 Over the past month my laptop has experienced freezing during gameplay for about 45 minutes. Everything functions normally otherwise, no overheating or performance drops. It only becomes unresponsive and requires holding the power button to restart. This issue occurs while playing Battlefield 2042 "EA Launcher" and Assetto Corsa "Steam launcher". I've tried several fixes: updated Windows, Nvidia drivers, BIOS; adjusted advanced power settings to enable full power; ran a memory check for RAM errors; replaced and reinstalled RAM and battery connector; reviewed Event Viewer logs after crashes for kernel power errors; reset firewall and antivirus settings; reinstalled OS and applications. All attempts so far have not resolved the problem, which is only worsening after a recent Windows update. I'm seeking technical expertise to diagnose further.
