You’re seeing two partitions: your main HDD and a system reserve. The system reserve is already 21% fragmented. To fix it, run the defragmenter on that specific partition. Make sure you select the correct drive in the settings before starting the process.

Turn off the paging file, restart the system, possibly enter safe mode. Check if MyDefrag works.

Don't stress about the reserved section. It's not an issue and won't affect your system's performance.
