I own my computer since 2021. My setup includes a Ryzen 7 5800X, an ASUS Prime B550, two 16GB Cosair RAM sticks, a Samsung 970Evo NVMe M.2 1TB, an EVGA 850GA FMA PSU, a Master Radiator pump cooler, and a 1080Ti graphics card from EVGA. Recently it has crashed under heavy load while using Adobe Illustrator and Spotify Open. It triggered a blue screen, initiated automatic repair, then shut down completely before restarting. This has happened a few times. I'm running Windows 10. A few weeks prior to that, my desktop icons began to disappear. I've experienced similar problems before—apps would stop opening. I've reinstalled Windows 10 multiple times since purchasing it. Could anyone suggest what might be causing this issue? It doesn't display an error message during a blue screen. The system restarts in about two seconds.
