The issue began after roughly five hours of gaming and now occurs each time I play that specific game. It only happens in this one title and only when I run it. I tested running a benchmark for an hour to check temperatures, and everything seems normal—gpu at 78°C, cpu at 65°C. The problem appears to be sudden crashes followed by video and audio cuts, even though the system looks active. I’m unsure where to look for solutions and haven’t found much info online despite having the latest GPU drivers.

I understand your point, though typically games don't completely crash your system.

No, it doesn't always occur in the exact same spot. The occurrence can vary depending on factors like conditions or context.

It appears the issue arises after certain events, such as loading screens or entering the pit, suggesting it might affect how the game is programmed. This problem has only started occurring recently—specifically in the first five hours—and the game worked smoothly before that. I think reinstalling could help, though it would be a big file to deal with.

Your power supply seems like a messy mess, as reported on Amazon. You might need to request a refund. What was the price?

no option exists to receive a refund. when i purchased it (about a year ago), there was a psu shortage, and it was essentially the only one available for that wattage—worth around 200 euros. no other model that maintains full power keeps this issue.
