Over the last few months I've faced frequent system failures whenever I play games. Usually it lasts about half an hour before everything stops. The screen turns black, audio repeats for roughly a minute, then the whole thing restarts. Event Viewer records each crash with this message: "The device driver for the Trusted Platform Module (TPM) encountered a non-recoverable error in the TPM hardware, which prevents TPM services (such as data encryption) from being used." This issue appears with newer titles but also affects older ones. My main games are Jedi Survivor, Lego Star Wars Skywalker Saga, and Forza Horizon 5. Minecraft seems to work fine. The problem started after I got a stable internet connection at my new home, and I haven't had a solid enough link for eight months. I've updated Windows, installed the latest graphics drivers, motherboard updates, and various software like iCue. PC details and event logs are listed below. I changed the UEFI last evening, but the issue persists. Reviewed Event Viewer and confirmed the log matches what was shared earlier. I’m certain the latest drivers for chipset, wireless, and Bluetooth are installed on my motherboard. The remaining available drivers include LAN, SATA, Software & Utility (ROG CPU-Z V2.01) and VGA. I just verified that the Geforce drivers are fully updated.
