Hello Experts, hope this message finds you well! I’m reaching out to gather more details about the problems I’m experiencing with my PC. It functioned normally until recently; over the past few weeks it began to crash and restart repeatedly. I’ve been playing Cyberpunk 2077 for a while now. At first, it ran smoothly, but after a short period it would freeze and then reboot. Eventually, I decided to purchase Need For Speed unbound. The game loaded properly once, but then it crashed multiple times—sometimes right after loading, sometimes after a few minutes.
I’ve tried several fixes: uninstalling Cyberpunk, reinstalling all the games I mentioned, updating drivers, BIOS, GPU, and even changing the PCI ports and M.2 slots. All tests came back normal—GPU benchmarks passed, no crashes during stress tests, and memory diagnostics showed no issues.
Still, the crashes persist. I’ve also noticed BSODs with error messages like “Critical Process Died,” which suggests a possible driver or software problem. Despite these efforts, the issue continues. Could this be related to the Cyberpunk game? I’m curious if someone else has faced the same problem. Please let me know what steps you recommend next. Thank you for your help!
