Hi everyone, while playing games and pressing the Windows button to switch to my desktop, the screen goes black and a buzzing noise occurs before it restarts. This has happened multiple times, though not always. I thought it was a power supply problem, so I replaced the PSU, but the issue persisted. My new CPU had the same problem sometimes on my older one. I ran a stability test with AIDA64 for an hour without crashes, and a CPU test also showed no failures. Cinebench didn’t crash either. I’m unsure which part is causing the problem. Any advice would be appreciated.

Specs: Motherboard – MSI B450 Tomahawk
CPU – AMD Ryzen 5 5600X
GPU – ASUS AMD RX 6650XT
RAM – Corsair Vengeance RGB RT 32GB (2x16GB) DDR4 3600MHz
PSU – Corsair RM750e 750W
OS – Windows 11 Pro

Track the CPU voltage regularly. I experienced this on my 5950x, where the voltage was around 1.5 before it failed. I set a hard limit at 1.275v and it kept running smoothly up to 5.1Ghz without crashing again. Voltage varies between different CPUs.
