I own a 500g WD hard drive, a 500g WD SATA SSD, and two important P3 1TB SSDs. I’ve reset the CMOS and left all BIOS settings untouched. Despite that, I keep facing loading issues followed by crashes when the RAM starts to fail. I plan to remove the other drives and see if that helps. Also, consider wiping the drives in the command center if it doesn’t stop the crashes.

I discovered a method to completely erase all my storage devices and then reinstall Windows. Although it caused a crash once during the process, I eventually moved on to a fresh Windows 11 setup. I believed everything would work out smoothly, but after about fifteen minutes of driver installation, another crash occurred. The RAM indicator displayed a yellow light.

No crashes are BSODs. Have you checked your BIOS?

Occasionally I experienced a blue screen, but usually it would just freeze and display the motherboard loading screen. At that point, I saw this message: CLOCK_WATCHDOG_TIMEOUT

The Gigabyte PSU held up well until it failed completely. The issue was its lack of adequate overcurrent protection, leading to sudden failure when drawing more than its rated capacity. It wasn’t prone to instability.

It's usually a shaky CPU speed increase. It might also indicate a defective CPU. If it was bad, you'd likely see some WHEA BSODs or events in the event viewer.

It wasn't the PSU that caused the issue. After swapping in my old motherboard and CPU, the crashes ceased. The problem likely lies with the CPU, RAM, or motherboard itself. I’m unsure how to verify this before deciding to replace it.

I didn’t go overclocking and skipped the 7800x3d. Are you wondering if the CPU is the issue? What else could you attempt? Even though the RAM LED started working, it might still be worth checking.
