Hello,
I recently upgraded my outdated setup to a modern version. Here are the details:
CPU: Rosen 9800x3d
Motherboard: Aorus B850 Elite WiFi 7
GPU: MSI GeForce RTX 5070ti
RAM: Corsair 32gb DDR5 6000hz (2x16gb)
Power Supply: Corsair 850w modular
CPU cooler: NZXT Kraken x53 (reused from previous system)

I’m experiencing some booting problems for the first time:
- Red CPU error light appears.
- The PC powers on but doesn’t display anything to the monitor; it wakes up from sleep mode when turned on, but no signal is shown.
- All fans spin, including when the GPU is active.

I’ve tried several fixes:
- Re-seated the CPU and checked for bent pins.
- Double-checked 8x and 4x pin connections and pushed in to click.
- Inspected the RAM slot A2 to rule out memory issues.
- Reseated the GPU.
- Removed the CMOS battery for 5 minutes to reset it.

The red CPU error light still remains. I’m seeking advice on possible solutions.
Thank you.

EDIT
I forgot the front case power button works, but I can’t turn it off from there—only via PSU switch, which seems unusual.

It should indicate that the CPU is supported on the site. However, the Qflashing attempt isn't showing any response.
