Hello, I'm dealing with an nvlddmkm.sys error on my laptop. It's been almost six months trying to solve this issue, and I'm still unsure what's causing it. Right now, the problems seem to appear when the laptop is connected to a power source. When plugged in, games either crash immediately or run for about ten minutes, but with the battery, they seem to work for over thirty minutes without any crashes. It's unclear if this points to a battery issue or something else.

Here are the details: Acer Predator Helios Neo 16 (PHN16-71) running Windows 11 with an Intel i5-13500HX and Nvidia RTX 4050. The system uses 1x16GB RAM, 1x8GB Kingston NV2 SSD (1TB). I've tried many fixes online, but none worked. Some steps included a factory reset, fresh installation using DDU, sending the laptop for repair, replacing the screen, and modifying settings like HDR. I also ran memtest86, though I can't swap RAM without risking my warranty. Testing both RAM sticks showed no errors, only the 16GB one did.

Could you offer any guidance?
