Hello, Your system has been having crashes under heavy GPU usage for a while now. It freezes frequently and eventually shows only a grey screen. These problems have increased over the past few months, going from occasional to several times daily—sometimes up to five per day. The crashes appear during gaming or mining tasks and often require shutting down the machine. I've tried removing all graphics drivers with DDU, which helped temporarily. The frequency drops briefly but returns quickly to the earlier level. I'm thinking about sending it back in for repair (RMA), but I wanted advice first. My hardware includes a Ryzen 5 5600X, Asrock B550 PRO4 Mobo, Zotac RTX 3060 Ti, two 16GB DDR4 3200MHz modules, an Evga 650 GT SSD, and a Samsung 980 Pro. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks, ChopstickLeg
