Only the furmark and CPU burner are showing issues... The crash is confirmed, but I don't recall the outcome of the CPU burner.

Swapped my thermaltake PSU for a Chieftec Smart GPS 650A8 (650W) and the PC shut down right after 3 minutes of testing.

Lowering the power cap with the MSI afterburner by half achieved 41°C and 75fps without any issues. A 40% reduction gave 45°C and about 100fps, still crash-free.

In my situation it was the defective custom PCIe power cables that caused the crash. However, the PSU you shared isn't modular and since you also changed the PSUs, it's likely safe to say it's not a power supply issue. Lowering the power limit is easing stress on the system as well, but it mainly points to the GPU being the main concern. Did you notice any artifacts? Such as black dots on your screen or unusual patterns? These could indicate faulty VRAM. You mentioned replacing the thermal pads and paste. Are you certain all components are making good contact? If any component fails to connect properly and overheats, it might trigger a shutdown too. Experiment with the frequencies in Afterburner—try locking at 1168 MHz, which should be your GPU's base frequency. If the crash persists, it probably means a defective GPU. Someone else might have more insight to help.
