Hello, my issue is that everything works when I power on the PC. However, when I reach the Windows loading screen, the screen turns black and nothing happens. I've tried turning the PC off and on multiple times, but it always happens the same way. So far, I've only managed to access the desktop by booting through safe mode (Windows 7).

It seems the system is experiencing issues during startup. When you enter safe mode, only specific components load. You might want to disable each program and driver one by one until you identify the cause of the black screen. Alternatively, you could power on the device and wait about half an hour to see if it stabilizes on its own.

Don't worry, this should work. Try launching safe mode and then boot up programs that start with "boot." It might resolve the issue. It could be a faulty driver that you can remove and reinstall. You might also use Windows Repair if you have recovery tools available.
