I was not at the PC and began hearing noises; it seemed the PSU relay was switching the PC on and off every second. I unplugged and changed the socket, it turned on fine. Then it started looping with a boot after a yellow light appeared. After removing all RAM and the GPU, I plugged in an HDMI cable into the board and tested one RAM stick in each slot, but still no boot. Any suggestions? I7-7700k ASUS Prime Z270-A Seasonic 800W
Only HDMI input is active on the board, USB ports remain disabled, yet the system continues to restart repeatedly.
