The CPU and GPU functioned properly until suddenly, one day, the computer failed to start. After taking out the inexpensive graphics card, it operated correctly. However, reinstalling it made the CPU completely non-functional.

Is the processor equipped with built-in graphics? Where is the connection for the monitor cable made—on the motherboard's interface or the GPU's interface?

You're asking about the PC components, not just the CPU. What specifications do you have? The GPU was removed and it worked. Which PSU do you have? Where was the PCIe slot located for the PCIe device? Try using different slots, as a broken one might affect performance.

There are additional slots available. I noticed only one was visible, but previously my system would start with the same GPU, which is why it doesn't boot now.
