Hey everyone! I just got my first PC and ran into some problems after a couple of weeks. I was playing Warzone when it crashed. After restarting, I entered my login pin and it kept crashing again. It happened right after I put in the pin—no weird overclocking from me. Here’s what I used:

PC parts:
- Motherboard: MSI Mag B550 Tomahawk (BIOS updated via USB)
- CPU: Ryzen 9 5900
- GPU: GIGABYTE GeForce RTX 3070 Ti (Gaming OC, 8GB RAM)
- RAM: Corsair Vengeance RGB PRO, 16GB (2x8GB)
- Storage: Western Digital 1TB WD Blue SN570 NVMe

It’s been a bit of a rollercoaster since then!

On a Windows machine, review system logs to understand recent activities around the crash. Check for any generated memory dumps for further analysis.

It's possible your Windows might be damaged. If that happens, you could attempt a full reinstallation of the operating system. This process can be time-consuming and frustrating, but it’s sometimes necessary to get your computer working again. You might also use the built-in Windows troubleshooter, though it often doesn’t succeed. Open Control Panel, select Troubleshooting, then choose System Maintenance. If these steps fail, I’m not surprised at all—this is my first time dealing with PC issues and I’m doing my best to assist.

Didn't note that starting in safe mode results in a consistent system? It would also provide you with the opportunity to diagnose the issue.

It's a Windows 11 setup. Verified, the most pressing issue is version 11 of the Kernel Power 41. Reviewed the details, but based on what I discovered it appears there are many problems, though not enough to pinpoint exactly which ones.

I've explored all your choices except for a fresh operating system.

Safe Mode isn't functioning properly either.

Alright, things finally settled down and I performed a fresh system reset. So far there have been no problems with it stopping. (Hopefully that's good luck!)

The problem remains unresolved. It's unclear what steps to take next.

Brand and model of the power supply unit. BIOS version on the motherboard. XMP support status.
