I just finished setting up my build. I5 9600k with AIO, Asrock Z390 pro4 motherboard, 5700xt EVGA 650W power supply, 16GB 3600MHz RAM. Everything functions well until gaming sessions last more than an hour, after which the system freezes or restarts. GPU temperatures are normal, and I can prevent this by lowering power settings and limiting frames to 60. I tried downloading Intel xtu to check for fixes but it crashes immediately when I run benchmarks. This issue has occurred with two GPUs and two PSUs. I’m running out of options. Need advice.

I need to verify the numbers again tonight. The CPU runs at 38-40 during idle (probably) and 50-60 under heavy load. Gaming pushes it to 70-80. I can ease this by setting my GPU fan to full speed all the time and limiting power use or capping frames. I began with an RX 580 and thought the 5700 XT would fix the lag, but it hasn’t. It seems the problem lies in power consumption, though I haven’t updated the PSU yet.

This image captures a moment when the system experienced a freeze, showing the metrics recorded at that point in time.

Run a memory test if all systems are functioning properly.

Okay I'll do that tonight. I built the setup on PCPpicker and it projects 450watt power consumption so I figured 650 would be plenty but it does seem to be a power issue.
