You've already moved the RAM modules? Attempt to extract them once more and polish the contact areas or gold pins using an eraser. Should the issue continue, detach the power cable from the power supply, then press the power button for 15 seconds to discharge the capacitors in your motherboard. If the black screen persists, remove the CMOS battery for 30 seconds and reinstall it afterward.
