Suggest unplugging the old SSD and attempting to start Windows 11. The system might detect both bootloaders and select the one from the old drive. This shouldn't happen, but if it does, follow logical steps. Otherwise, you may need to wipe and reinstall fresh Windows 11 on the new SSD. Good luck!

Completely unfamiliar with these types of challenges and maybe the explanations weren't clear. Appreciate you giving it a shot, by the way.

Verify if Windows was included with the SSD purchase. Modern SSDs typically don't ship with operating systems.

I put it there and am confident about it. However, I saw some information suggesting a new SSD might be integrated with an older one during setup. Not entirely clear on the process. I've installed Windows before as well, but I'm unsure what led to the current issues. The problem has been resolved now.

You just removed the partition on the M.2 drive and fully reinstalled Windows, and everything is now functioning properly.
