System fails to start following recent Commander xt update.
Hello, I bought a new Corsair Commander XT to swap in for my old Commander Pro. The previous setup had six 120mm RGB fans but they weren’t appearing on the ICUE and didn’t light up at all. After swapping everything into the new XT and flipping the PSU switch, only the usual indicators (Mobo, RAM, AIO lights) flickered once before stopping. The sole visible light is a green power LED confirming power is reaching the system, yet the PC won’t turn on. My suspicion is a wiring issue—I double-checked everything and still can’t pinpoint the problem. It could be the PSU, but it seems to be supplying enough power. Any advice would be appreciated? Specifics: CPU i7 9700k, MOBO ASUS Z390 AIO, NXT Kraken Z73 RAM, Corsair Vengeance 3200 GPU, 3070 FPU, PSU Corsair Rm 750, case Corsair Crystal 570x2, plus six 120mm fans.
The system is operating normally with the CPU functioning correctly. You may have connected the USB 2 cable to a non-USB 2 port, similar to your previous setup.
