Hey guys My pc is running normally. If i restart it it works perfectly but if i shut it down then try to reboot it it doesnt. Instead, the led error codes starts blinking to cpu and the dram. If i discharge the pc of the electricity that it has then boot it it works but not always. Otherwise i tried reinstalling the ram in a lot of different ways but no good. Then i reseated the cpu n reapplied thermal paste but all for nothing. I also updated the bios to the latest version but didnt help. Specs Upgraded to R7 7700x from an i7 7700k in November Upgraded to an X670 aorus elite ax in November Upgraded to 32gb 6000mh tradiant g neo in Nov Rtx 3070 I searched and asked a bunch of ppl but i still cant resolve this issue pls help me amm about to toss my whole pc n throw myself of a cliff

the device is meant to run smoothly every time without any hardware modifications, so if it fails to do so then the board itself might be faulty, particularly if a BIOS patch didn’t resolve the issue. test it with only one stick of RAM to compare performance, but it seems like the board could be defective or simply not compatible with the rest of the hardware setup.

I've already checked all the different options and combinations for RAM, but it didn't work. I'm wondering if the board itself might be faulty. It's a relatively new purchase I bought in November, and I've only started noticing this problem a few weeks ago. I haven't touched the PC, and I don't have any spare parts to test the components. Someone suggested it could be a PSU issue or something else. I thought a BIOS update would help, but it didn't.
