System fails to power on via BIOS, no visual output, input devices unavailable

Hey, I’m really struggling right now. I just installed a brand new PC a few days back and everything seems to be running smoothly. I’ve been playing games for a couple of days now. Last night while exporting a video, it took longer than expected. Then I ran a browser cleanup, did a system health check, and that’s when things went wrong. I scanned and my PC reported it was in trouble. It prompted me to “make it better,” and before I realized, the screen went dark completely, failing to send a signal to my monitor. All the keyboard and mouse RGB lights stopped working, though fans and RGB LEDs are fine. The CPU health light is also on. I’ve tried several fixes—replacing the CMOS battery for five minutes, cleaning out the hard drive and SSD, swapping RAM sticks, and even trying no RAM at all. Nothing seems to be working. After turning it on, only once did my mouse RGB light up. It’s really confusing. My new monitor, Ryzen 5 3600, MSI B450M MORTAR MAX, Vengeance RGB DDR4 16GB, and Corsair CX550M are all functioning perfectly for a while. Yet something catastrophic happened. I’m heading to a technician tomorrow to have the motherboard, CPU, GPU, power supply, and RAM tested. If anyone has any advice in the meantime, I’d really appreciate it. I’ve been waiting ten years to get a solid gaming PC, but now it’s failing after just three days. Thanks everyone! Smile

No, the device didn't emit a sound upon powering up. It did make a beep when both RAM sticks were removed. I missed recording that part. Definitely no more using Ccleaner moving forward. Edited August 9, 2020 by killbeau

You’re asking if it’s necessary to disconnect all cables from the motherboard before reinstalling the CPU, GPU, and RAM.

I completely disconnected all components from the motherboard, then reconnected them. The issue remained unchanged. I did connect my iPhone via the USB-C port on the motherboard, and it’s now charging. However, the keyboard and mouse continue to malfunction through the motherboard or the front case USB ports.
