Your system fails to power on beyond the BIOS and displays the error code F3. You've already attempted a full BIOS reinstall, updated the BIOS, re-seated all components, and even tried a RAID setup between NVMe SSDs. The graphics card worked with a SATA drive, but removing the SATA card and booting from NVMe didn't produce any output. Recently, you connected the SATA drive to the 980 and it functioned correctly. It seems the issue might be related to the graphics card or power delivery during the reset process. Consider checking the GPU connection and power supply connections before proceeding further.

It's possible the storage was compromised or harmed. Would you like an alternative device to run a test and confirm its operation?
