System fails to initialize properly.
Typically when I begin my computer and log in, it takes around 15 seconds for all background programs to load. I can usually tell it’s finished once the RGB settings switch to their presets. Right now, after logging in, everything on my desktop appears but the taskbar stays empty except for the Windows icon at the bottom left. It doesn’t boot at all, and my cursor doesn’t show a loading indicator. That only happens when I click the task bar; then the screen goes dark briefly before background apps start up. My main worry is that the screen going blank for a second might be normal, but I’d prefer not to have to click the taskbar every time. All drivers and Windows updates are current. Anyone have suggestions on what might be causing this?
