Hello, I noticed your PC started with a Chrome tab but didn’t show anything on the screen, so I restarted it. After booting, the BIOS appeared but nothing else displayed. Your Bluetooth headphones were still connected, indicating the system was active. I attempted a Windows reset while preserving files, but it returned to a black screen again. Since you don’t have a graphics card installed, could your internal GPU be dead? That seems unlikely given the BIOS display and recovery access. Thank you for the update—I fixed the issue by switching to HDMI instead of DisplayPort. Your PC was reset successfully this time.
