I recently purchased a new CPU, the Ryzen 7 5700X3D. My previous model was the Ryzen 5 2600. The motherboard I'm using is an Asrock B450M PRO4. I also updated the BIOS. I checked to make sure the PSU wasn't causing issues, and confirmed the PC is stuck in a loop with only one fan spinning (plus the CPU cooler). The GPU fan isn’t turning on either. I let it run in a loop for about ten minutes and will see if that resolves the problem. I attempted to clear CMOS and looked up solutions online, but nothing helped. I just hope the CPU isn’t faulty or something similar.
