Hello everyone!
I want to talk about the frequent BSODs on my PC.

Issues encountered:
*WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR*
*DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION*
*DRIVER_STACK_OVERRAN_BUFFER*

These error messages appear unpredictably, though I’ve noticed they tend to happen during:
- Working with videos in DaVinci Resolve 20
- Playing games (though BSODs are rare)

PC Specifications:
- Part / Model/etc.
- Part/Serial No.
- CPU: Intel i5-8400 (with Intel Stock Cooler)
- GPU: Gigabyte AORUS RX 570 (4GB), GV-RX570AORUS-4GD
- Motherboard: Gigabyte H310M H 2.0
- RAM:
- Slot 1: Samsung Kingston 8GB 2666MHz (KF2666C16D4)
- Slot 2: SK Hynix V-Color 8GB 2666MHz (TD48G26S819-VC)
- SSD: Hikvision 240GB, HKDV HS-SSD-C100/240G
- HDD: Western Digital 1TB (Green), WDC WD10EURX-63UY4Y0
- Power Supply: Thermaltake TR2 S 600W

What troubleshooting steps I’ve tried:
- Reapplied thermal paste to CPU
- Stress tested CPU using Intel Processor Diagnostic Tool
- Reset BIOS/UEFI settings to default
- Checked CPU and GPU temperatures
- Verified RAM timings at GIGABYTE UEFI (all set to Auto)
- Ran commands via CMD/PowerShell: sfc /scannow, DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth, mdsched
- Tested using one RAM stick per slot
- Used DaVinci Resolve to trigger BSOD during testing

I reinstalled AMD Radeon software for the GPU and recorded Minidump files after each incident.

If you need further assistance or have questions, please let me know—your help is very welcome!

It has been several weeks since I last shared my PC status. To date, no BSODs have appeared. I believe one of these adjustments resolved the issues. I've done a clean Windows install, removed VALORANT and Riot Client, avoided using any questionable USB ports in the front panel (covered them with tape), and set my processor to 99% in Power Configuration Plan under High Performance.

MOBO
Gigabyte H310M H 2.0
What BIOS version is installed on your motherboard?

RAM
Slot 1:
Samsung Kingston 8GB 2666MHz
KF2666C164

Slot 2:
SK Hynix V-Color 8GB 2666MHz
(TD48G26S819-VC)
It seems the Kingston RAM might be faulty or the memory controller on your processor is struggling with this stick. Mixing different RAM modules is generally not recommended as it can cause instability.

PSU
Thermaltake TR2 S 600W
This power supply is quite poor.

Changing RAM types is generally not advisable. It's best to buy RAM in matching sets. Additionally, I'm encountering symbol errors on four of your dumps and one completely corrupted dump. These signs strongly suggest a RAM problem.

I recommend removing the RAM stick that was installed most recently, at least until the issue is fixed. However, it appears you're only experiencing BSODs on one stick, so RAM isn't the sole cause here.

Another frequent reason for dump corruption is a failing system drive. I'm not very familiar with Hikvision SSDs, but it would be wise to check if they include a diagnostic tool. If available, run the maximum diagnostic available for that drive. If not, consider uploading its SMART data using tools like CrystalDiskInfo, which can reveal the issue. Feel free to share the SMART data here if you wish.

I'm also concerned about your CPU. The standard Intel coolers seem insufficient; I wouldn't suggest using one. Although your "full load" test only reached 80°C, it's possible you exceeded the 100°C maximum temperature during gaming sessions.

If you could download and install the SysnativeBSODCollectionApp on your Desktop, run it, and then upload the resulting zip file to a cloud service with a link, I'd be happy to help. This tool aggregates troubleshooting data and simplifies diagnosing your problem. It doesn't collect any personal information and is trusted by many reputable Windows forums. As a senior BSOD analyst on the Sysnative forum, I'm confident in its reliability.

You can review the contents of the zip file before uploading, though avoid modifying or deleting anything. Most files are text-based; just let me know if you need a summary of each file's content.

I've looked into my BIOS version and it shows "F2". I'm not sure if that's the main problem since I've kept using this motherboard with the same BIOS version since purchasing the PC, and there have been no issues until the BSOD started last month and continued today. Unfortunately, I don't have any spare RAM sticks, which makes it hard to avoid mixing them or identifying which one is faulty. These images might be useful.

Yes, both my older brother and I are worried that one of the RAM modules might be failing since it was purchased. The SK Hynix model is newer than my Kingston RAM stick. I didn't realize at the time when I bought the Kingston RAM that I was responsible for it.

I've been keeping an eye on the CPU temperature for weeks, and it looks steady. I even ran stress tests multiple times without any BSODs, and the system didn't restart itself—usually when TJunction is hit.

Same results with +3.3V, +5V, and +12V. I've been using HWiNFO64 to track those voltages.

I also have several .CSV log files from HWiNFO64.

After a short period, multiple error codes emerged on my PC. I suspect the CPU might be the main issue, though I'm still uncertain. I've also updated the Google Drive folder by uploading the newly created minidump files (all generated on the same day "42725").
Minidump Files (as of April 28, 2025)
Here are the Minidump files following BSOD crashes.
