System experiencing crashes and unexpected issues.
He recently encountered issues with his computer. It would freeze into a black screen and then restart, without displaying a blue screen. After several reboots it returned to Windows. He resumed playing No Man's Sky, but the graphics would glitch and the system would crash again. After more restarts a blue screen appeared. I’m unsure what might be causing the problem or if there’s a defective part. Thanks ahead of time! His hardware details are as follows:
