My laptop runs an MSI Katana gaming model with a 3060 and an i7 11800h. The issue is crashing onto a black-and-white screen with horizontal lines. It’s been having reliability problems for some time, occasionally showing a blue screen or a black screen after logging in. Recently, after a login, it would freeze completely after restarting several times, but still crashes after a few attempts. I’ve tried reinstalling Windows from a USB drive to avoid data loss, but the problem persists. After removing the hard drive and reinstalling Windows on another machine, it still crashes with the same error. I’m unsure if it’s a GPU problem or if the system was damaged. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
