Hi.
My pc is showing some issues. It says a lot, and there are problems with current and power. It won't start or let me enter BIOS. It shuts down repeatedly without doing anything. Changing the RAM didn't help, and changing the power settings also failed. It seems like there might be a USB port error, even though all USB connections are disconnected. Still, it doesn't start properly. Is it the CPU or the motherboard? What should I do next?

Update your update to contain detailed hardware specifications and operating system information.
Power supply unit details: make, model, wattage, age, condition (original, build, new, used, refurbished, etc.).
Storage devices: specifications for each drive, including make, model, and capacity.
Additional peripherals attached?
Install a brand-new CMOS battery following the instructions in the motherboard's User Guide/Manual.
Confirm and review all system settings according to the motherboard's User Guide/Manual.
